Big-panel solar for a sunny yard, without touching your roof. One full-size bifacial panel on ground racking feeds a Hoymiles microinverter that plugs into a standard outdoor outlet, turning sunlight into power your home uses right away, so you buy less from the grid.

  • Offsets a portion of your daytime power use, about 4% to 14% of an average home's bill in modeled examples using July 2026 state rates
  • Easy and quick solar - install in under an hour
  • Made for renters and homeowners. Take it with you when you move!

What's included

  • One 440W bifacial solar panel (Hanersun 25-year US warranty) with MC4 connection cables on the back of the panel
  • Metal ground-mount racking for the panel (SunModo)
  • One Hoymiles HiFlow Pro plug-in microinverter, in your choice of 360W or 420W output, with a 15-foot power cord and standard plug (UL 1741 / UL 3700, 12-year warranty)

Monitoring is through the free S-Miles Home app. No battery is included.

Two inverter options: pick the one that fits

Both versions include the same 440W bifacial panel and ground-mount racking. The only difference is the Hoymiles microinverter that sends solar power into your home.

360W inverter: the keep-it-simple option. Its 360-watt output stays under the 391W line that some state plug-in solar rules use, which makes setup simpler in more places. A great fit if you want the easiest path to plugging in.

420W inverter: the get-every-ray option. Its higher output lets your 440W panel deliver more of what it produces on bright days, including the extra energy the bifacial back side catches from light bouncing off the ground. If your state's rules allow it, this version turns more of every sunny day into savings.

How it works

The panel turns sunlight into electricity, and the Hoymiles microinverter makes it usable for your home. Set the panel up on its ground-mount rack in a sunny, unshaded spot in your yard, connect it to the microinverter, and plug the system into a suitable outdoor outlet. Watch your solar production in the app. Your home uses your solar power first, so you draw less from the grid while the sun is shining.

Before you install

You will need a dedicated circuit with a properly grounded, GFCI-protected outdoor outlet, and any circuit or outlet work is a job for a qualified electrician. Check the rules where you live: state, local government, your utility, and your landlord or HOA if you have one, before you buy or install. This is grid-connected solar that works alongside your utility service, not backup power during an outage.

440W is the rated panel capacity, not guaranteed production. Actual output depends on sunlight, placement and temperature. Check with your utility that your meter and billing can handle exported solar before buying.
