How it works
Set the panel up in a sunny, unshaded spot, connect it to your microinverter, and watch your solar production in the microinverter's app. Your home uses your solar power first, so you draw less from the grid while the sun is shining.
Adding a panel creates more solar power, but it does not raise the microinverter's output rating.
400W is rated panel capacity, not guaranteed production. Actual output depends on sunlight, placement, temperature and inverter settings.
